Our canned sardines are an exclusive product due to its originality and exceptional quality. The sardine is fished artisanally, selected one-by-one and prepared by hand. We use exclusively fresh fish that is steamed according to the traditional pre-cooked method.
The sardine roes are a very rare and seasonal product, known as the "Portuguese Caviar".
