Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the A Banca da Sardinha website, as well as purchases made through the online store. By browsing the site or placing an order, the user declares that they have read, understood and accepted these terms.

3. Products and availability
We strive to ensure that all information shown about products, including descriptions, images, formats and prices, is clear and up to date. Even so, there may be occasional variations in stock, packaging or presentation. All orders are subject to product availability at the time of confirmation.
4. Prices and payments
Prices shown on the site are in euros and include VAT at the legal rate in force, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, when applicable, are shown before the order is completed. Payment is due at the time of purchase through the methods made available at checkout.
5. Orders and confirmation
After completing the purchase, the customer will receive an email confirmation with the order summary. Receiving this email does not waive later validation of the order, especially in cases of unavailability, payment failure, manifest pricing error or the need for additional confirmation of the data provided.
6. Deliveries
Deliveries are made to the addresses indicated by the customer during the purchase process. Shipping and delivery times shown on the site are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier or high-volume periods. Delays beyond our control do not, by themselves, grant compensation rights.
7. Cancellations, exchanges and returns
If you wish to cancel or change an order, you should contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, the request may no longer be feasible. For distance sales, the customer may benefit from legally applicable rights regarding withdrawal, return or claims for damaged products, and should contact us through hello@sardinha.pt.

The user undertakes to use the site lawfully and not to engage in acts that may compromise its operation, security or reputation. The customer is responsible for the truthfulness, currency and accuracy of the data provided when placing an order or contact request.
